The Lessee must agree to and fulfill the following terms:
- The Lessee agrees to use the leased vehicle solely for personal use and not for passenger or cargo transportation, renting out, towing other vehicles or objects, speed racing, illegal purposes, or careless usage.
- The Lessee agrees not to drive the vehicle without written authorization from the Lessor and not to allow unauthorized individuals to operate the vehicle.
- The Lessee agrees not to exceed the speed limit of 130 km/h and acknowledges that any damages or defects caused to the vehicle as a result of exceeding the speed limit are their full responsibility.
- The Lessee agrees to return the vehicle in a clean condition, both inside and outside, and with the same fuel level as at the time of pick-up.
- The Lessee agrees to purchase fuel for the vehicle and acknowledges that any fuel delivered less than the amount received at handover will be charged at a rate of 2 EURO/Liter.
- The Lessee agrees to pay fines imposed during the rental period and an additional 50% above the fine amount if they fail to settle the fines themselves. Concealing fines will result in a charge of four times the fine amount.
- The Lessee agrees to pay a fee of 10 EURO for every hour of delay in returning the vehicle, up to the value of a full day’s rental.
- The Lessee acknowledges that they are responsible for any damages not covered by insurance policies, including tire damage or punctures, damage to wheel discs, damage or loss of wheel covers, engine damage, fuel system damage due to poor-quality fuel, chassis damage, damage caused under the influence of alcohol or drugs, deliberate damage caused by explosions, fires, or burning of the vehicle’s interior upholstery, and damage caused by unauthorized drivers.
- The Lessee agrees to pay for the rental days if the vehicle is in the service for repair due to damages (excluding non-fault cases).
- The Lessee acknowledges that the daily mileage limit is 300 km/day, and any kilometers exceeding the limit will be charged at a rate of 0.18 euro/km or ask unlimited KM.
